PRIVACY POLICY

Account data: your name, email address, profile picture where provided, account identifier, and MyCollabLink handle when you create an account through email code or Google Sign-In.

Profile data you choose to publish: your photo, headline, bio, location, languages, content categories, channel names and follower counts, past work, and anything else you add to your Collab Card. Your public card shows this by design. Your rate card is never public. It is only revealed inside a Deal Room if you choose to share it there.

Brief and deal data: when a brand submits a brief on your page, we collect the details they enter, including the brand contact's name, email and phone number, and store the deal record you and the brand build together (terms, deliverables, payment entries you log, messages, reviews).

Contact and support data: messages, names, emails and phone numbers you send us through contact or feedback forms.

Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, where enabled, product analytics that help us understand which features are used.

Google Sign-In data: If you choose “Sign in with Google,” MyCollabLink receives basic account information from Google, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, create and maintain your MyCollabLink account, and display your profile information where applicable.

MyCollabLink does not access your Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, passwords, or other Google account content.

We do not process or hold your money. Payments between creators and brands happen outside MyCollabLink, and the platform only stores the payment records you log. We do not collect government IDs, and we do not sell personal data to anyone. Ever.

To run the product: render your Collab Card, deliver briefs to your inbox, operate Deal Rooms, send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, brief notifications, deadline reminders), and show you your own analytics.

AI processing: the text of incoming briefs, together with the profile details you have published and your private rate card, is processed by an AI model (currently Google Gemini) to produce the summary and fit score you see in your inbox. This is a core product feature. AI output is advisory and shown only to you. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Our primary database runs on Supabase in the Mumbai (India) region, so your data is stored in India. Some of our processors operate globally, which can involve transfers outside India, done under those processors' standard safeguards.

Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (Google Sign-In authentication and, separately, Gemini for AI-assisted brief summaries and fit analysis), Upstash (rate limiting), and PostHog (product analytics, where enabled). Each receives only what its job requires and is bound by its own privacy commitments.

We use cookies that keep you signed in and make the product work. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

As long as your account is active. Deal records stay for as long as either party may need the receipt. Delete your account and we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep to comply with law.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance about how we handled it. Email hello@mycollablink.com and we will respond within 7 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. If you use Google Sign-In, you can also revoke MyCollabLink's access to your Google account through your Google Account's third-party connections settings.

MyCollabLink is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and Deal Rooms are reachable by brands only through secure, expiring links. No system is unbreakable, but we treat your deal history like the business record it is.

When this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify active users by email or in-product notice.
