A link-first collaboration tool for creators and brands: a public Collab Card, a structured brief form, AI triage of incoming briefs, private Deal Rooms to negotiate and track deals, and analytics. We are currently in early access and the service is free; features may change as we grow, with notice for material changes.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in email secure. Handles are first-come, first-served, but you may not register a handle to impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or squat for resale. Certain words are reserved and cannot be registered. You can change your handle, subject to a cooldown between changes; your old handle forwards to your new one for 30 days, after which it may become available to others. We may reclaim handles used for impersonation, handles that violate these rules, or handles needed to prevent confusion.

Connect only social accounts you own and control. The verified badge on a Collab Card shows metrics pulled from Meta's API as of the date displayed; those numbers can lag behind your live profile. The badge indicates verified data, not our endorsement of you. We may remove a badge that is misused, misrepresented, or attached to an account you no longer control.

Creators: no fake followers or inflated metrics, no impersonation, no fake or incentivised reviews. Brands: submit genuine briefs for genuine offers involving lawful products and services only. Briefs in blocked categories including betting and gambling, and others listed in the product are refused. Both sides: honour the terms you lock in a Deal Room.

Locked terms in a Deal Room are a shared record that both sides agreed to. The contract is between the creator and the brand; we are not a party to it, and disputes about a deal are between the two of you. Receipts generated in a Deal Room are records of what was logged, not tax invoices.

UPI payment requests move money directly between creator and brand through your UPI apps; MyCollabLink does not verify, hold, or guarantee these payments.

Where Razorpay payments are enabled: a platform fee of 5% applies, capped at ₹2,000 per transaction, and reduced to 0% on Pro. Escrow payments are held by Razorpay and auto-released on the conditions shown in the Deal Room. Refunds, chargebacks, and failed payouts are handled per the flows shown at payment time, and KYC is completed through Razorpay. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy also apply to these payments.

Instagram and YouTube connections are governed by Meta's and Google's own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google, and you can disconnect these services from your account at any time.

Fit scores, summaries, and flags are generated by AI to help you triage, and can be wrong. A fit score is not an endorsement of a brand, a creator, or a deal. Always read the brief before you commit.

Everything you publish stays yours. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content to operate the service: showing it on your Collab Card, sharing card images and embeds, and featuring creators on the landing page's creator wall. You can opt out of the creator wall in Studio. Feedback and suggestions you send us can be used without obligation to you. Rights to campaign content between you and a brand are whatever the two of you agree in your deal.

Reviews can only be left on completed deals. We may moderate or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these terms.

Don't use MyCollabLink for anything illegal, deceptive, or abusive: no scraping or automated data extraction, no spam briefs, no harassment inside Deal Rooms, no content that violates others' rights, and no security testing or probing without our written permission.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. After termination, your personal data is deleted or de-identified per our Privacy Policy; deal records a counterparty may need, and records required by law, are retained as described there.

We aim to keep the service up but provide it "as is", without uptime guarantees. AI output, verified metrics, and third-party services can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MyCollabLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost deals, or lost profits arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your deals, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

When these terms change materially, we will update the date above and notify active users by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect.
