A link-first collaboration tool for creators and brands: a public Collab Card, a structured brief form, AI triage of incoming briefs, private Deal Rooms to negotiate and track deals, and analytics. We are currently in early access and the service is free; features may change as we grow, with notice for material changes.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in email secure. Handles are first-come, first-served, but you may not register a handle to impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or squat for resale. We may reclaim handles that violate this, are inactive for extended periods, or are needed to prevent confusion.

Don't use MyCollabLink for anything illegal, deceptive, or abusive: no fake profiles or inflated metrics, no spam briefs, no harassment inside Deal Rooms, no content that violates others' rights. Brands submitting briefs must be genuine businesses making genuine offers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

MyCollabLink is not a party to any collaboration. We provide the room, not the contract. We don't guarantee that briefs convert into deals, that brands pay, or that creators deliver. Deal Room records (terms, deliverables, payment entries) are entered by the parties themselves and serve as a shared record, not a legal contract drafted by us. Payments are made outside the platform; we only store the payment entries you log. No employment, agency, or partnership relationship is created between you and MyCollabLink.

Fit scores, summaries, and flags are generated by AI to help you triage, and can be wrong. They are opinions, not promises. Always read the brief before you commit.

Everything you publish on your Collab Card and create for brands remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and display the content you put on the platform, solely to operate the service. Rights to campaign content between you and a brand are whatever the two of you agree in your deal.

We aim to keep the service up but provide it “as is” without uptime guarantees during early access. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MyCollabLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost deals, or lost profits arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your deals, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
